Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Deployment Specialist to join our team in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing IT infrastructure solutions that enable seamless operations at our distribution center.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Design Expertise

Act as a domain expert on technical design for the deployment of infra, firewalls, ICE network, IT/OT application integrations, IoT technology enablement capability, Equipment connectivity.

Solution Definition and Enablement

Liaison with multi-functional teams to help identify and build scope definition, solution design, configuration, extension(s), and enablement through to final deliverables to comprehensively address specific customer business needs and requirements.

Project Leadership

Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the Infrastructure and software development lifecycle applying Agile methodologies and tools.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) Expertise

In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) processes, WCS and its echo systems and data flows.

Site Reliability and Change Management

Responsible for site reliability, IT change management and planning and performing life cycle management.

Communication and Partnership Building

Confident written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; building trusted relationships and effectively managing and influence partnerships while addressing customer concerns.

Prioritization and Delivery

Ability to properly prioritize and deliver ad hoc and planned demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years Infrastructure and Application deployment experience; experience in building and deploying business solutions, Supply Chain experience with systems such as WMS/WCS is desirable.

Desirable Qualifications

Related industry Experience in Life Sciences; experience with Agile Methodology for Implementation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
