About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer I to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. This role will involve providing Tier 3 Support for internal DivergeIT Teams across multiple client platforms, as well as consulting with clients on their initiatives, projects, and technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Teams. They should also be proficient in network knowledge, virtualization technologies, and RMM and Network Tools Automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 3 Support for internal DivergeIT Teams across multiple client platforms
  • Consult with AugmentIT clients on their initiatives, projects, and technical issues
  • Provide Technical Leadership to SysOps, Operations Center, and other teams
  • Administer and Improve internal systems tools to improve operational support and compliance
  • Act as Senior Technical Lead on Security related incidents across a large client base
Requirements
  • 3 Years of Systems Engineer experience (Prefer at least one Microsoft Expert certification within past 3 years)
  • Microsoft 365 expert (preferably with M365 Administrator Expert certification)
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Preferred
  • Microsoft Teams Configuration and Optimization Experience
  • Strong Network knowledge (preferably within Meraki systems) and various SMB firewall platforms
  • Proven background in virtualization technologies (e.g. Hyper-V, VMWare, etc)
  • RMM and Network Tools Automation and Powershell scripting background

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
