Director of Rehabilitation

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor.
  • Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.
  • Oversee clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to the location team, develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in rehabilitation services
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
