About the Role

The Party Coordinator is a key member of the Urban Air team, responsible for selling fun and delivering an excellent guest experience for all groups. As a Party Coordinator, you will work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell party packages and follow up with guests to ensure a memorable experience
  • Work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Represent Urban Air in a professional and positive manner
  • Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction
