Compassionate LVN Charge Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Harker Heights Nursing and Rehab Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise and mentor LVNs/LPNs to promote professional growth and development
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State
  • Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
