As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will enjoy:

In this role, you will:
- Manage casework including admissions, routine visits, recertifications, discharges, and end-of-life care.
- Assist families in developing individualized care plans and participate in care conferences.
- Supervise hospice aides every 14 days.
- Maintain effective communication with the patient's physician, interdisciplinary team, and family regarding care plans and concerns.
- Provide clinical education and ongoing support to patients and their caregivers.
