Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient admissions and ancillary services to ensure a smooth and systematic process.
- Oversee the direction, supervision, and evaluation of hospice personnel and volunteers.
- Coordinate services and communicate effectively with leadership and team members.
- Promote and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Recommend and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective operations.
- Manage human resources effectively, including recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services.
- Monitor and supervise the quality of patient care.
- Perform routine visits to patient homes or institutional settings, as needed.
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Master's degree in business, nursing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.
- Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.
- Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
