The Customer Success Manager is tasked with ensuring that clients realize their objectives through the effective utilization of Shield AI's Hivemind Enterprise Software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients
- Serve as the main liaison for client onboarding, training, offboarding, and renewals
- Formulate and execute customer success strategies
- Conduct periodic assessments to verify that clients are meeting their targets
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to respond to client requirements and feedback
- Take ownership of and drive contract renewal processes
- Partner with sales to enhance revenue through a land-and-expand approach
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- At least 3 years of experience with large enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success in revenue renewal and retention for multi-million-dollar agreements.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of AI and robotics technologies.
- Experience in establishing and managing a small customer success team within a startup.
- Familiarity with the defense aviation sector.
- Understanding of developer-facing software products.
- Certification in project management.
- Certification in customer success management.
- Experience in supporting clients with new product launches.
Compensation:
- $155,000 - $233,000 annually
