Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled National Sales Leader to oversee our wholesale mortgage lending team. This role requires strong leadership and sales expertise to drive business growth, manage the sales function, and develop relationships with brokers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Correspondent Sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with established brokers and customers.
  • Originating quality loans that meet production goals and sell personal production.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in wholesale mortgage lending management.
  • Strong sales skills and knowledge of the mortgage lending business.
  • Lead or supervisory skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
