Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee inherited marketing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Timeline Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure project alignment and coordination across departments.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and content distribution.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Project Manager, or in a similar role, with a strong background in managing marketing projects.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts, digital marketing tools, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a marketing coordinator role with project management responsibilities.
  • Understanding of HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in the orthodontics or healthcare industry is a plus.
