Job Title: Capture Manager

ERT Inc is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to join our Business Development team and support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute capture strategies and tactics for winning business
  • Manage the development of opportunities from pursuit through award
  • Develop win strategies, value propositions, pricing, lead solutioning and teaming to optimize PWin
  • Perform competitive assessments
  • Manage the budget, schedule, and resources for pursuing bids
  • Establish any required infrastructure, processes, and plans necessary and manage their execution
  • Guide proposal management with assistance from the Proposal Manager
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience with a successful track record as Capture Manager pursuing work for NOAA or similar government agencies
  • Extensive experience with all stages and aspects of Government bidding, including competitive assessments and Price-to-Win
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Training and/or certification in business development, capture management, or proposal management (such as Shipley, APMP or similar) highly preferred
  • Experience with opportunities and captures >$50M preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a security badge to enter applicable government facilities
Education:

BS in Business Management, Engineering, scientific/technical discipline, or equivalent.

Location:

This role is eligible for 100% remote work.

Salary:

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $218,000/year.

ERT uses several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the position's scope and expected duties, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
