Tactical Combat Training System Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Combat Training System Subject Matter Expert to join our team at ManTech International. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with third-party vendors and government agencies to ensure seamless system installation and placement.
- Oversee the placement of antennas and cables, ensuring optimal system accessibility and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with system upgrades and incorporate changes into documentation.
- Capture and update documentation to reflect system changes and improvements.
- High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of TCTS II architecture, including participant subsystems, ground subsystems, remote range units, and portable support equipment subsystems.
- Experience with systems that interface with TCTS II, including Digital Radio Management System, Link – Inject to Live, Electronic Warfare Server, Large Area Tracking Range, Joint Semi-Automated Forces, RADAR Aircraft Display System, and Joint Debriefing Subsystem.
- Experience with threat/intelligence simulation and sources.
- Ability to read and comprehend preventive maintenance documents and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the workday.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25%.
