Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to become the face of our franchise. As a leading managed IT services provider, Daystar - Your Technology Partner offers a comprehensive range of innovative technology solutions, including cybersecurity, cloud solutions, network management, and IT consulting, designed to directly impact the SMB space.
Our team of dedicated professionals are known for delivering exceptional customer service and providing the latest technology tools to ensure our clients stay ahead of their competition. We are looking for a sales professional to take us to the next level, with excellent growth opportunity and a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing relationships with business owners and C-level executives throughout the area by making direct face-to-face contact.
- Ability to properly articulate Daystar's service offering to the prospect and qualify the opportunity.
- Strong professional discovery and presentation skills.
- Experience presenting to business owners.
- Be able to follow the sales process and fulfill the responsibilities defined in the process.
- Attend networking events to build our brand and name recognition.
- Assist in building the sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
- Team player who can work with multiple departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience engaging business owners and C-level executives.
- Strong sales acumen and formal sales training.
- Proven track record of previous sales success- achieving sales goals with a metric-oriented system.
- Working knowledge of technology basics principles and the ability to apply them to business situations.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and prioritize work.
- Great communication skills and strong ability to impact all levels within and outside of the organization.
- Mission-driven personality including self-management and motivation.
- Fearless attitude - ability to overcome objections without giving up.
