The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay
  • Troubleshoot minor maintenance and technology issues
  • Perform housekeeping quality audits and inventory checks
  • Assist with inventory duties and maintain working spaces
  • Travel to multiple Sonder properties as required
Requirements
  • Guest-centric mindset and positive attitude
  • Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing roles
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Comfort with using mobile apps for team collaboration and communication
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Proficiency in languages other than English a plus
