  • Collaborative Team Approach: You will collaborate with our dedicated healthcare team, including the Director of Nursing (DON) and other staff members, to ensure comprehensive care and make adjustments to care plans as needed.">
  • Home Environment Evaluation: Your expertise will extend to assessing patients' home environments and making recommendations to support their recovery and independence.">
  • Education and Empowerment: You will play a crucial role in teaching patients and their caregivers about home exercises, safety measures, and other therapeutic techniques to promote better health and autonomy.">

Job Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOPTA-approved and accredited college or university.">
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia.">
  • CPR certification (adult only).">
  • Possess a Virginia Driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and readily available, reliable transportation.">
