About the Role

As a Travel Occupational Therapist with Aequor Allied, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement effective interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities, mobility, and independence.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care and achieve shared goals.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
