Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver exceptional results for customers, teammates, and the company
• Ensure customers receive a high level of customer service
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and on the phone
• Consult customers on their service needs and keep them updated on the progress of their vehicles
• Provide a positive experience for customers
• Meet and exceed the company's high level of expectations
• Be involved in every aspect of the store operation
• Communicate accurately with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet our standards and those of our customers
• Be able to step in when necessary to take on additional duties

Qualifications:

• High level of motivation with hands-on management skills
• Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long-term trust and relationships with customers
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required

Additional Information:

• All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending are required
• At times, exerting lbs of force occasionally and/or lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
• Requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
