Citibank, N.A. is seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Lead Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analytics Strategy Expert, you will play a key role in facilitating and executing daily activities that support the implementation of our Data Transformation Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including daily execution activities and meetings
  • Examine and evaluate project status, identifying potential risks and issues that require escalation or change, and propose solutions to project leads
  • Determine the appropriateness of presentation content and materials for Governance forums, guiding revisions and refinements as needed
  • Oversee day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, allocating and coordinating work within the team or project group
  • Support the resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems and interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes
  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, serving as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
  • Conduct independent analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on a broad range of data initiatives, including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy
  • Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes
  • Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions, working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, and applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance, preferably
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  • Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
  • Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others contribute towards achieving business objectives
  • Familiarity with data concepts
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels

Benefits:

Citibank, N.A. offers a competitive salary range of $142,000 to $213,000, plus additional benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs. Paid time off packages are also available, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
