Position Overview:

As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles. This role is ideal for individuals with varying levels of experience, from oil changers to master technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently complete work specified on repair orders in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
  • Communicate with service advisors to inform customers of any additional services required.
  • Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an automotive dealership setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive service processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
