Choice Auto Repair is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Shop Manager - Foreman to lead our team of technicians and provide exceptional service to our customers.
As the Automotive Shop Manager - Foreman, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate their skills and confidence. You will also be responsible for diagnosing vehicles with precision, maintaining efficiency and workflow, and ensuring that every vehicle receives the highest quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior technicians
- Diagnose vehicles with precision
- Maintain efficiency and workflow
- Ensure high-quality service
Requirements:
- 10+ years of auto technician experience
- ASE certification
- Management/leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
