Key Responsibilities:
- Direct nursing services to residents on assigned neighborhoods or programs.
- Provide hands-on training to newly hired team members and retraining as assigned.
- Oversee physician orders, verify accuracy, and administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise and lead clinical and non-clinical team members.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team reviews, planning, and evaluating resident care.
- Document resident conditions and nursing needs accurately and timely.
- Report pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Certifications and Registered Nurse license required.
- One year of nursing experience in a long-term facility preferred.
