About the Position:

This part-time role as a Behavior Technician requires an experienced and compassionate professional to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior change, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and its principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development in applied behavior analysis.

Salary and Benefits:

This part-time position offers an estimated salary of $24.00 per hour, with 25 hours of work per week. The benefits package includes 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
