Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Golf Pro Shop Attendant to support the daily operations of our Golf Course. This role involves assisting the Director of Golf and the full-time staff in various tasks.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with the game of golf is preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years old and possess reliable transportation
Licensure or Certification:
Current First-Aid and CPR certification is advantageous. A valid Ohio driver's license is mandatory.

Equipment Utilized:
Responsible for operating golf carts, power washers, and other golf-related machinery and office equipment.

Work Environment:
Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and lifting weights up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage operations within the golf shop
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service
  3. Maintain necessary licenses and certifications
  4. Comply with job safety and OSHA regulations
  5. Ensure consistent attendance
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete other assigned tasks as required.

Essential Attributes:
  • Understanding of workplace safety and golf etiquette
  • Proficiency in computer operations and golf course equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions, perform basic calculations, and foster relationships
Compensation: $14.00 to $17.50 per hour
