Golf Instructor

Wycliffe Golf and Country Club Homeowners Association Inc is seeking a highly skilled Golf Teaching Professional to join our team.

The Golf Teaching Professional will be responsible for promoting the game of golf by offering outstanding instruction for individuals and groups in lesson, clinic, and golf school formats. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of various instructional methods, be up-to-date with new developments in teaching golf, and have a history of success in teaching players of all ability levels.

• Provide competent golf instruction for all skill levels, including club fitting experience when requested and approved by the Head Golf Professional and/or Director of Golf.
• Utilize high-tech video analysis and launch monitor technology to enhance instruction.
• Develop personalized performance programs for every student.
• Maintain open communication with students regarding personal instruction and seek feedback to improve programs.
• Represent Wycliffe Golf and Country Club Homeowners Association Inc professionally at all times.
• Attend teaching and/or management seminars to continue education and stay current with industry developments.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five years or more related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Enrollment in the LPGA/PGA Apprentice Program and actively working toward or maintaining Class A Membership in either organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
