Job Title: Seasonal Pro Shop Attendant

Join the Links at Perry Cabin team as a Seasonal Pro Shop Attendant and be part of a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a key member of our Pro Shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized retail area, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail area, including restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing display of products.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of Pro Shop merchandise, including features and benefits, to effectively recommend products to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Pro Shop team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math and money handling skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions.
