Industrial Maintenance Specialist

This position is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of all equipment at Aurora Dairy Corp., with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems, as well as experience with PLCs and industrial networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with fluid processing
• Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi, and other industrial control systems
• Knowledge of PLC programming and HMI software
• Ability to install and calibrate industrial sensors and meters
