  • Building lasting relationships with pet owners by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
  • Engaging in community outreach to attract new customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming grooming environment.
  • Supporting store team members during quieter grooming periods.
  • Completing necessary training and certification programs.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of grooming experience, with formal training or experience under a certified groomer, or a willingness to participate in our training program.
  • Experience in retail or a service-oriented industry with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to lift and move pets and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • The capability to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of background checks and assessments.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
