The Encore Boston Harbor Customer Engagement Specialist for Wynn Rewards plays a crucial role in facilitating new enrollments in the Wynn Rewards Program through various on-site activities, special events, and customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold all Encore Standards to ensure a superior experience for both guests and team members.
  • Implement and adhere to core values and departmental standards of Encore Boston Harbor.
  • Engage in the achievement of departmental goals and objectives, while evaluating operational effectiveness and suggesting necessary improvements.
  • Identify and focus on key success factors to enhance departmental performance.
  • Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures, including record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies, as well as federal and state regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service consistently to guests, particularly when providing information about the Red Card loyalty program.
  • Efficiently manage the creation and maintenance of Red Card accounts as required.
  • Encourage participation in the Red Card program by effectively communicating promotions and property information, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist the slot marketing department with promotional events as necessary.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to departmental and company safety protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through ongoing education and training.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
