Amazing Athletes is dedicated to delivering exceptional programming and services in youth sports, ensuring that every child's first sports experience is enjoyable. Our mission is to foster a fun environment where every child feels like an athlete. By instilling healthy habits from a young age, we aim to enhance youth activity and teach valuable life skills.

Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for enthusiastic instructors for our multi-sport enrichment program to engage with preschool-aged children. Since our inception in 2003, Amazing Athletes has evolved into one of the largest multi-sport enrichment programs in the nation, with over 50,000 children participating annually. New instructors can conduct *5-15 classes weekly, earning between $25 - $30 per class. Our programs come equipped with ready-to-use curriculums and extensive training to help you thrive in this role.

Work Schedule:

Classes are primarily scheduled during morning and mid-afternoon hours, as well as weekends. Ideal candidates should be available during the following time slots:

  • Monday - Friday between 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday between 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Classes are organized in minute increments within these hours.

Location:

Classes take place at various preschool/daycare centers, parks, and recreational facilities across the designated area. Instructors are expected to travel up to 30 minutes to reach class locations.

Qualifications:

Candidates must complete 12 Child Development online credits (or equivalent college coursework).

Willingness and ability to travel to multiple locations throughout the designated area.

Reliable transportation is required.

Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred (e.g., preschool teachers, camp counselors, coaches).

Confidence in leading groups and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to build rapport with students, educators, directors, and parents on a daily basis.

Availability to work a minimum of 3 mornings or 3 afternoons (or a combination) each week.
