Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at NavitsPartners. As an Educational Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and personal growth of students in our educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Psychological Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate educational programs and support services for students.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Counseling and Support: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support students' emotional, social, and behavioral development.
  • Crisis Intervention and Support: Assist in crisis intervention and provide support to school staff in managing challenging behaviors.
  • Professional Development: Provide consultation and training to school staff on psychological issues affecting students.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ESA Certificate – WA School Psychologist License
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals in the educational setting
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
