Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Equipment Reliability Specialist to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and machinery, leading a team of maintenance technicians to implement best practices in maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methods is required.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
  • Understand and manage mean time between failure and mean time between repair.
  • Identify root cause and implement corrective actions for unplanned downtime on critical equipment.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management software, preferably Apriso.
  • Create and manage preventative maintenance with standard operating procedures.
  • Lead TPM events and 6S events.
  • Establish and manage critical spare inventory.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
