Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Table Talk Pies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong mechanical and problem-solving skills to contribute to the success of our manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices, as well as proficiency in working with various types of equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment, including motors, conveyors, and other machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, taking corrective action to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques, applying knowledge to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license if assigned to drive a company vehicle for local travel between plant locations.
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish, preferred.
