About the Position:

The Administrative Support Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our nursing unit, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients by responding to intercom requests and obtaining necessary services;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions;
  • Maintain accurate department logs, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks;
  • Support patient care by entering data into computer systems and establishing patient records;

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required;
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred;

Compensation:$48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
