Key Responsibilities:- Verify and acknowledge receipt of payments.
- Conduct weekly reviews of outstanding client balances and report any collection challenges to management.
- Ensure payment methods are up-to-date and utilize health insurance portals effectively.
- Establish payment arrangements with clients for outstanding balances, monitor payments, and follow up as necessary.
- Engage with clients regarding their appointment fees and available payment options.
- Investigate claims and liaise with insurance providers to confirm proper processing or address denial reasons.
- Collaborate with the Client Care Team to interpret Verification of Benefits (VOB).
- Enhance the reputation of the billing department by taking ownership of responsibilities and demonstrating value.
