  • Monitor and Report Performance: Track and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on progress to management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent exposure to a manufacturing environment, including wood dusts and cabinet-making related materials. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and required when on the manufacturing floor.

Physical and Sensory Requirements
  • Frequent speaking, hearing, near vision, far vision, and touch.
  • Ability to address large groups of employees at all levels of the organization.
