Overview:

PrideStaff is seeking a dedicated Residential Engineer for a high-end resort property in Big Sky, Montana. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and ensure the upkeep of guest accommodations and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, performing vinyl repairs, touch-up painting, minor furniture repairs, and caulking.
  • Execute preventative maintenance on kitchen appliances, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and guest rooms.
  • Handle exterior maintenance tasks including painting, wood repairs, minor roof repairs, and electrical work.
  • Perform light electrical repairs as needed.
  • Address maintenance requests from property owners and managers.
  • Conduct plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance on exhaust fans and other small equipment.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred contractor/trades licensing.
  • Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions in English.
  • Plumbing or electrical licensing is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70, $80,000.00 Per Year
