As a Senior UX Content Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting clear, concise, and user-centered content that enhances the usability and accessibility of our digital products.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience principles, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional writing skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content guidelines, ensuring consistency in voice and tone across all products.

About the Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with product management, clinical, and design teams to align around a copy approval process
  • Create engaging microcopy for UI elements, including buttons, tooltips, error messages, and form field descriptions
  • Collaborate with designers on user flows and wireframes to ensure copy enhances the overall user experience
  • Establish content guidelines, including voice and tone standards, across all products
  • Support accessibility efforts by ensuring all product copy meets WCAG standards and is inclusive for all users
  • Participate in cross-functional reviews, providing feedback to ensure consistency across products and platforms
  • Lead content audits to identify areas for improvement and maintain high-quality user-facing content
  • Act as an advisor on content strategy for various product initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or a related field
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, including accessibility and inclusive design
  • Experience working with design tools, such as Figma or Sketch
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
