Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in Illinois. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide essential speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing these issues, and developing tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, adapting to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure a cohesive approach to student care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, providing valuable insights for student progress.
  • Attend meetings and provide comprehensive reports on student progress, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
Requirements
  • A valid Illinois state SLP License is required for this position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as you will be working independently and as part of a team.
