Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at inSync Staffing. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work, including painting, light carpentry, and equipment moves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and repair of grounds, HVAC systems, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Support the Sr. Maintenance Technician with maintenance and repair tasks
  • Assist with conference room set-ups, equipment moves, and material storage
  • Back-up for the Shipping and Receiving department
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a technical focus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fork truck license preferred
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred
