Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Rogers Electric. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the front desk team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing visitor sign-ins.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order materials as needed.
- Assist with special projects, such as creating and maintaining lunch rotation schedules and coordinating company events.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and visitors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
