Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Rogers Electric. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the front desk team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing visitor sign-ins.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order materials as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, such as creating and maintaining lunch rotation schedules and coordinating company events.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and visitors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
