Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Infusion Center team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives.
Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Valid and active medical license.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in an infusion center or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Compensation

$4000 per month.
