Job Description

Nexus HR Services is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director for PACE Program to lead our team in Orange County, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical care provided to PACE participants by Mid-Level Providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of clinical care provided to PACE participants by Mid-Level Providers
  • Complete annual Mid-Level Provider reviews
  • Participate in provider meetings
  • Ensure appropriate provider coding
  • Coordinate appropriate PACE specialist network for PACE participants
  • Participate in PACE QAPI program
  • Participate in PACE quality initiatives
  • Ensure appropriate and efficient clinical operation workflows

Requirements:

  • Board certified
  • Enrolled in Medi-Cal
  • Prior experience in a professional capacity may be preferred
  • Computer skills
  • Analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload under pressure
  • Experience in overseeing and leading a team
