Job Summary:

As a skilled HVAC Installer with Strada Electric & Security, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new construction residential homes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that all installations meet manufacturer specifications, industry codes, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of Ductwork: Install ductwork in residential new construction homes, ensuring that all connections are secure and meet industry standards.
  • HVAC Equipment Installation: Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes, following manufacturer instructions and company protocols.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks, ensuring that all work meets company expectations.
  • Safety First: Always maintain safety standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare operational reports and communicate with other personnel to discuss project details, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Vehicle Operation: Must be willing to operate a company vehicle, adhering to company policies and driving regulations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.

  • Hand Tool and Equipment Skills: Be skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Self-Motivation and Work Ethic: Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong work ethic, driving results and delivering exceptional performance.
  • Physical Dexterity: Possess physical dexterity, enabling you to perform tasks that require manual labor and physical effort.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes, demonstrating a proven track record of success and a commitment to quality.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting and Physical Effort: Be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times, demonstrating physical ability and a commitment to safety.
