Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to status calls from technicians in the field, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Schedule calls for technicians based on physical location, availability, and skill set, maximizing productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technicians with critical information about upcoming calls, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collect and review documentation from technicians in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC services, maintenance, and repair appointments, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain open communication channels between the office and field teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including bookkeeping and invoicing, to support the success of our operations team.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred)
