About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President to lead our Telecommunications Operations team at ADB Companies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our wireline services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of senior-level operations managers and ensure the successful execution of safety, people, financial, and customer goals
  • Oversee the management of senior-level operations managers, including compensation, performance, quality, and safety
  • Ensure operations management teams are executing on all aspects of successful project management standards, including safety, customer management, production, financial, and on-time performance
  • Expertly manage and train division financials, including WIP, Job Cost Review, Cash, Expenses, and Profit/Loss management of each project
  • Provide solutions-focused support and guidance to operation leaders on Profit and Loss impacts and decision-making
  • Drive the strategic plan, Scorecard, and vision down to the team, including customer and financial growth goals
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer centricity
  • Uphold ADB's safety culture onsite, lead by example, and drive the philosophy of ZERO throughout all project sites
  • Culture champion; lead by example and influence engagement into the ADB culture of community, wellness, development, and inclusion
  • Executive-level leader with strong business and financial acumen; take full ownership of team success, including people development, culture engagement, performance management, compensation, etc.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of utility construction experience with a strong technical knowledge of wireline installations within the telecommunications industry
  • 6+ years of multi-market business leadership experience with full P&L ownership
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
