Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Sales Representative to join our team at Omni Fiber LLC. As the face of our company within the communities of Fremont, Tiffin, and Clyde, you will be responsible for increasing the number of Omni Fiber customers and community event representation within the assigned market(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed a monthly sales quota by selling door-to-door to residential customers promoting Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services in assigned territories/communities.
  • Outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.
  • Participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber Products and Services, i.e., trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, etc., during business and non-business hours (with some evenings and weekends) to generate leads and sales.
  • Work cross-functional with all Omni Fiber team members to ensure an unparalleled customer journey.
Requirements
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection.
  • Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
