RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Areas of Focus

All the responsibilities we will entrust you with include:



  • BRAND REPRESENTATION

    Present the brand in a premium manner through product sampling and effectively addressing consumer inquiries.

    Expand the user base by encouraging positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through strategic product sampling.

    Develop a customized campus strategy that engages students and brings the brand to life at the university.

    Establish and maintain relationships with key local influencers.

    Enhance brand engagement on your social media platforms through authentic content creation.

    Participate in Red Bull events and supported activities to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.


  • SALES SUPPORT

    Foster relationships with local sales representatives to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability on campus and in the local area.

    Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution channels for Red Bull within the university and beyond.

    Utilize relevant Red Bull assets to keep the brand top-of-mind in sales accounts.

    Ensure flawless execution of established store standards.


  • COLLABORATION AND EXECUTION

    Deliver excellence in execution by adhering to brand standards and demonstrating attention to detail in all aspects of your role.

    Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online interactions.

    Plan and document your activities through the designated online platform promptly and accurately.

    Contribute to business development by providing local insights and identifying overall opportunities.
EXPERIENCE

Your Knowledge and Expertise

that are essential for this role include:
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends, for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Engaged in student life with a solid understanding of the collegiate environment and local culture.
  • Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
  • Affinity for project management and sales initiatives.
  • A team player, willing to represent Red Bull in branded attire.
  • Currently enrolled in a university or college.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • This is a permanent position.
