Registered Nurse-RN Subacute Unit Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse-RN to join our team as a Subacute Unit Manager. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff on assigned shifts to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Conduct regular nursing rounds to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and training to staff, residents, and family members on various aspects of patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure effective patient care and recovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
  • Previous long-term care experience, with a focus on subacute care.
  • Experience using Point Click Care and managing staff.
