Job Summary:

The Maintenance Planner - Small Outage Team is responsible for planning maintenance jobs while ensuring the right people are involved and providing information in job packages for the crafts to complete their daily jobs successfully with minimal re-work.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood on every job
Responsible for determining how work gets completed
Prepare job packages in SAP that includes resources (labor, tools, equipment, materials and services) needed to complete the job
Record tasks and information within the work order

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of craft maintenance experience, maintenance planning or operations experience in a manufacturing environment required; chemical plant experience preferred
Proficiency with SAP strongly preferred
Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication
