Electrical Maintenance Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance professional to join our team at The Alpha Group, Inc. in East Providence, RI.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head maintenance technician in daily tasks and perform building repairs as needed.
  • Identify and resolve issues with the HVAC system to ensure a comfortable and efficient work environment.
  • Complete electrical repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
  • Repair manufacturing machinery, including furnaces, using hand and power tools.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the maintenance team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a related or similar role.
  • Licensed Electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions both written and verbal.
  • Great communication skills to work effectively with the maintenance team and other departments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
